Experience
Carmen was one half of the duo that ran The Superficial, a bygone snarky celebrity blog. Prior to that, he worked in local video production around Central Pennsylvania. If you happen to have purchased a certain off-brand invisible dog fence in 2005 that came with an installation video, then you're familiar with his editing work. Carmen began freelancing with Static Media in 2016, writing for Looper, Nicki Swift, Grunge, and The List. He served as the lead editor for Nicki Swift features before taking the role of Static Media's Editorial Quality Manager.
Education
Carmen has a bachelor's degree in Communications/Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a state school confusingly not affiliated in any way with the Hoosier State.
