Erich has worked as a professional writer for over 10 years with experience in both journalism and copywriting. He has written well over 100 articles for nearly two dozen websites and print magazines, including Looper, Weird History, Ancient Warfare, All About History, and History Today, one of the oldest popular history magazines in the world. After the release of his first nonfiction book in 2016, Erich has branched out into advertising and written copy for various different clients, from an agency that specializes in horror attractions to one with a focus on B2B in the building industry. Since 2022, he has been a full-time features writer for both Looper and Grunge.
Education
Erich has a bachelor's degree in history and anthropology from Northern Illinois University.
