Experience

Jean has been a writer since 2007. She has written for online outlets such as Lomography and Inquisitr, and has also worked as a ghostwriter for a couple of years. She initially set out to pursue a career in filmmaking and worked on a few projects, but ultimately found out that putting her thoughts into words was what she was always meant to do. Jean enjoys the research process just as much as writing about the topics she leans toward, including true crime, history, and all things weird and macabre. She has been writing for Grunge since 2021.

Education

Jean attended Ateneo de Manila University and majored in Theater Arts before earning a diploma in Filmmaking from the International Academy of Film and Television.
